Garymore villa is a 5 Bedroom villa with pool and Spa in Silver Creek Clermont Florida. Located just off the US27 set in a peaceful location but only 1 mile from action of the US192 and only 7 miles from Disney World. It has a large heated pool, warm bubbly spa and a large pool deck for sunbathing and great for relaxing in after hard day at the Orlando attractions or late nights out. Just 2 minutes drive away are supermarkets a Wal*Mart superstore a post office, hairdresser, bank dentist and fast food restaurants.

For the golfers their are 20 golf courses within 10 miles of our villa. For the anglers their are lots of lakes that are full of fish one within walking distance and many more a short drive away and with the coast only 1 hour away their is deep sea and big game fishing on chartered boats. For the shoppers you can shop till you drop at shopping malls, markets and discount outlets store.

The Family Room & Dining Area
 

This room is a large open plan living and dinning room which as been furnished
to a high standard with a light cream soft carpet a 3 seater sofa bed, two seater love seat and arm chair and a coffee table, a 28" colour TV with multi channel cable and a DVD player.

There is a dinning table and seating for six, the room is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan lamp tables with reading lamps and there is a telephone with free local calls.

Patio doors lead out to the pool and spa area.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook
 

The fully equipped kitchen with plenty of work space and cupboards, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pots pans glasses, cutlery etc. - everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen is fitted with Maytag appliances which includes a large glass top range style stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer with ice maker, and a round table with seating for four.

Master Bedroom
 

The master bedroom with king size bed with matching bed side cabinets with 2 drawers and 2 lamps. There is a large dresser unit with 6 drawers and a large mirror, a 19" colour TV with multi channel cable, radio alarm and a telephone with free local calls. There is a view of the pool and spa area through the window and a large walk in wardrobe with lots of hanging space and a fitted safe. This bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower, a large vanity base unit with a wash basin,  WC, towel storage cupboard and a hair dryer. This room also has air conditioning and ceiling fan.

2nd Master bedroom
 

The 2nd master bedroom with en-suite has a queen size bed with matching bed side cabinets with drawers and lamps, a large dresser with drawers and a built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space, 14" colour TV with multi channel cable, the en-suite has a walk in shower, wash basin unit and WC. This room has air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3
 

Bedroom 3 Also has a double bed and matching bedside cabinets and lamps,  a large dresser with mirror, a built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space and a 14" TV with multi channel cable. This room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 4
 

Bedroom 4 has twin beds with a view of the pool and spa area. It has a dresser with bed side cabinet and lamp and built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space. This room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 5
 

Bedroom 5 also has twin beds, with a large dresser, matching bed side cabinets and lamp and built in wardrobe with lots of hanging space. This room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Family Bathroom

The last three bedrooms all have use of the family bathroom which has a tub (bath) with built in shower, a wash basin in a vanity unit and WC. There is a door which leads to the pool area and is used as the pool bathroom during the day.

Games Room
 

Large double Garage with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an  ironing board and a iron provided. The garage also doubles up as a games room area with a pool table and dart board.

Swimming Pool & Spa
 

The swimming pool and spa area has plenty of room for sun bathing. The pool area is covered by a fine mesh to keep out insects and animals the screen can slightly filter the sun but will no stop you from getting a great tan. There is a table with 4 chairs and 3 sun beds. There is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan for those who prefer some shade. A child safety fence runs the length of the pool for the safety of the children, but can be removed for parties with no children. There is underwater pool lighting for a night time swim or relax in the spa. The pool can be heated if required and this is recommended from Nov to March. We have a pool cover to keep heat in on the cooler nights.
